Elle repr\u00e9sente environ 13.000 adh\u00e9rents issus de nos 70 structures syndicales (syndicat ou section).<br \/>\nUne \u00e9quipe est \u00e9lue \u00e0 chaque Congr\u00e8s pour g\u00e9rer et animer notre F\u00e9d\u00e9ration dans le cadre d\u2019un Bureau. Depuis f\u00e9vrier 2019, cette instance forte de 16 membres est compos\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e pour des repr\u00e9sentant(e)s de chaque secteur. La mixit\u00e9 et la parit\u00e9 sont \u00e9galement respect\u00e9es, gage de richesse et de d\u00e9mocratie dans le fonctionnement de notre F\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<br \/>\n<b>Les <\/b><b>missions <\/b><b>de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration <\/b><b>sont<\/b> <b>:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apporter un soutien juridique via le Service Juridique National et un Cabinet d\u2019Avocats conventionn\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Former, par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire du CEFU et des organismes reconnus (ANAFORECE)<\/li>\n<li>Accompagner, avec un support de comp\u00e9tences et une aide mat\u00e9rielle<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper, en cr\u00e9ant des sections et en soutenant les syndicats<\/li>\n<li>Repr\u00e9senter, au sein des instances internes UNSA et de l\u2019OPCO<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Notre F\u00e9d\u00e9ration s\u2019est engag\u00e9e pleinement dans la construction et la mise en marche de notre nouvel organisme de formation professionnelle (OPCO).
