agents et 10 salari\u00e9s respectant la r\u00e9partition g\u00e9ographique et par compagnie) et une enqu\u00eate quantitative en ligne aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ensemble des agents et salari\u00e9s r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s dans les fichiers OPCABAIA et Ag\u00e9a (soit 10945 invitations avec un taux de r\u00e9ponses autour de 10%).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #365f91;\">Une pr\u00e9sentation est jointe pour fixer les principaux indicateurs \u00e0 retenir ainsi que le communiqu\u00e9 Ag\u00e9a sur la formation <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #365f91;\">La commission paritaire a not\u00e9 un effort important du nouveau prestataire AF2A sur le dispositif CAP COMPETENCE et sur la formation en g\u00e9n\u00e9rale mais s\u2019interroge pour distinguer dans le cadre de la prochaine enqu\u00eate les formations issues du plan de formation des agences des formations impos\u00e9es par les compagnies <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><u><b>CPNFPE<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><i><u>Fixation des montants de prise en charge OPCABAIA pour les frais annexe hors temps de travail \u2013 suite de la derni\u00e8re paritaire <\/u><\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #365f91;\">Opcabaia n\u2019ayant apport\u00e9 aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment pour refuser la prise en charge de ces frais, aussi en vertu des textes r\u00e9glementaires, la commission demande l\u2019application des textes <\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><u><b>Commissions Paritaire Nationale Sociale (CPNS)<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><i><u>Compl\u00e9mentaire Sant\u00e9 Collective <\/u><\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><u><b>Suite au 3<\/b><\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><sup><u><b>\u00e8me<\/b><\/u><\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><u><b> groupe de travail, voici les propositions d\u00e9finitives \u00e9mises<\/b><\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"> pour un contrat cadre lab\u00e9lis\u00e9 par la branche <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #365f91;\">Le cahier des charges ci-dessous d\u00e9crit sera l\u2019objet d\u2019un appel d\u2019offre aupr\u00e8s des 7 principales compagnies sur les assurances collectives \u2013 potentiel de 16000 salari\u00e9s (ALLIANZ, AXA, COVEA, GAN, GENERALI, GROUPAMA et SWISS LIFE) <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #365f91;\">Le contrat porte sur :<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><u>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires<\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #365f91;\">\u00a0: tous les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019agence avec une anciennet\u00e9 de 6 mois maximum \u2013 une option sera ouverte pour les ayants droit <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><u>La r\u00e9partition de la cotisation employeur\/salari\u00e9<\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"> sera de 50 minimum \/ 50 contrairement \u00e0 ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9\u00a0: Ag\u00e9a ne veut pas cr\u00e9er de pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents politiques au sein de l\u2019UNAPL \u2013 ceux sont les salari\u00e9s qui en p\u00e2tiront<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><b>Les \u00e9lus UNSA ont d\u00e9plor\u00e9 cette prise de d\u00e9cision politique<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #365f91;\">Les contrats en cours restent de rigueur s\u2019ils sont plus favorables aux assur\u00e9s et d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019ils entrent dans le cadre du contrat responsable <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #365f91;\"><u>Les cas de dispense d\u2019affiliation sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir<\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #365f91;\">\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #365f91;\">Contrat de moins de 6
